Millions of women in the US could soon lose their rights to safe and legal abortions.
A Supreme Court ruling has been leaked which, if it goes into effect, could see 26 states in America banning legalised abortion.
In 1973, The Roe vs Wade ruling legalised abortion. But, in the leaked document titled '1st Draft', 72-year-old man Justice Samuel Alito said the ruling was "egregiously wrong from the start."
The idea that the bodily autonomy of women is up for discussion is something that even the President of the United States has voiced his concern on.
President Joe Biden has said, if passed, this legislation would have far-reaching implications.
"It concerns me a great deal that we're going to, after 50 years, decide a woman does not have a right to choose," he said.
"It would mean that every other decision relating to the notion of privacy is thrown into question."
Planned Parenthood - the largest provider of reproductive health services in the US - has said it would "continue to fight like hell to protect the right to access safe, legal abortion".
